Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Services & Digital Deliverables

All purchases made through Our Story Haus (OSH) are for digital services and strategic work.

Due to the nature of our services — which involve time, preparation, and intellectual labour — all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.


Before You Purchase

We encourage clients to review all service details carefully before placing an order.

We’re happy to clarify scope, process, and outcomes in advance.


Cancellations

If you need to cancel before any work has begun, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Once work has commenced, the booking is considered confirmed and non-refundable.


Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the rare event that Our Story Haus is unable to deliver the service as outlined.

Dissatisfaction based on personal preference, creative direction, or subjective interpretation does not qualify for a refund.


European Union Consumers

In accordance with EU consumer law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital services and bespoke work once delivery has begun, or where the service is personalised or prepared in advance with your consent.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this exemption.
